Missed the boat...

If you want to bounce around to the San Juan Islands, you have to plan according to the ferry schedule and arrive ahead of time. Otherwise, you may just miss the boat. One time I was pulling into the lot where cars sit and wait for the ferry as the one I was hoping to catch pulled away from the dock.
